I started with no martial arts experience, but Morgan was such a great teacher that by the end of the first lesson I felt like a pro! Morgan was fun, easy going and definitely passionate about his craft. He explained the basics thoroughly and even how I could best use it for self-defence. It was a lot of fun and felt like I was learning from a friend!

Ross and the boys are an awesome group who make me feel welcome everytime I drop in when visiting from the island. Ross is an excellent instructor who breaks down every technique step by step with clear instructions and cues. I highly recommend Factory Fresh to everyone.

An amazing team, and fun atmosphere to train. Very knowledgeable and professional coaches who you can tell love to do what they do. Great spot for kids as well you can tell the kids have a ton fun during their classes. If you want to learn cutting edge BJJ to compete in tournaments or just looking for somewhere to get a workout in and stay in shape this is the spot.
